What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQ is 1 unit for most models; we accept mixed orders of different trucks and trailer types for bulk buyers.
How long is the production lead time after deposit payment?
Standard orders take 15-25 working days; customized special vehicles need 30-40 working days for manufacturing.
What payment terms do you accept for overseas clients?
We support T/T, L/C at sight, and flexible trade payment terms with formal sales contracts for long-term partners.
Delivery
Which ports do you ship goods to for African markets?
We arrange shipments to major African ports including Mombasa, Dar es Salaam, Lagos, Dakar and Durban.
Will you provide all customs clearance documents before shipment?
Yes, we will supply commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and full inspection reports one week before loading.
Do you offer door-to-door inland transport service after container arrives?
We cooperate with reliable local freight agents to provide optional port-to-door delivery service in most African countries.
